Message program
Messages are sent by Shree Umiya NavShaktiDham Temple. Ticket messages may include order confirmations, QR pass links, admission updates, and event entry information.
Costume competition messages may include registration confirmation, the assigned participant number, a registration link, and operational competition updates.
We do not use this program for donations or promotional marketing without separate consent.
Your consent
You provide consent by entering your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox during ticket checkout or competition registration. Consent applies to the number provided and the message program described at the point of collection.
SMS consent is optional for ticket purchases. We retain the phone number, consent choice, and time of consent so we can document how permission was provided. Consent is not transferred to another organization or used for an unrelated message program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on order, registration, and event activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After that, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep the email confirmation or registration page available as a backup when attending the event.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used to operate ticketing, admission, competition registration, and related support. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
